Role & responsibilities

- Conduct sampling and quality checks of Asset & Liability cases as per RCU guidelines/SOPs.
- Review KYC, income, banking, customer and business documents to identify discrepancies or potential fraud.
- Perform sampling across Asset products such as Home Loan, LAP, Business Loan, Personal Loan, Vehicle Loan, etc.
- Review Liability accounts including Savings, Current and other deposit accounts from a fraud-risk perspective.
- Identify fraud indicators, document manipulation, process deviations and suspicious patterns.
- Coordinate with RCU, Credit, Operations, Sales and Investigation teams for closure of observations.
- Maintain sampling MIS and highlight critical/high-risk findings and recurring trends.
- Ensure adherence to internal RCU/Fraud Risk policies and regulatory requirements.

Preferred candidate profile Experience in RCU/Sampling/Fraud Risk within Banks/NBFCs, with exposure to both Assets & Liabilities.
