Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site USA Rebar Detailer role based in Pune, India, supporting projects in the USA.

The RC Detailer / Rebar Detailer will be responsible for preparing accurate reinforcement detailing drawings, bar bending schedules, and bar listings in accordance with U.S. project requirements, applicable codes, and client standards.

The role involves interpreting and coordinating structural and architectural drawings, identifying discrepancies, preparing RFIs where required, incorporating project comments and revisions, and coordinating with project leads and team members to ensure accurate project delivery.

The position also includes performing quality checks, maintaining drawing and detailing standards, meeting project deadlines, and coordinating with internal teams and external stakeholders when required.

Qualifications

- 4–7 years of relevant experience in RC/Rebar detailing, preferably on USA-based projects.
- Strong technical skills in reinforced concrete detailing,



including rebar shop drawings, bar bending schedules (BBS), and bar listings.
- Ability to read and interpret structural, architectural, and construction drawings.
- Good understanding of U.S. rebar standards and practices, including ACI, CRSI, ASTM, and project-specific requirements.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, RebarCAD, CADS RC, or similar rebar detailing software.
- Experience with ASA (Applied Systems Associates) software will be an advantage.
- Ability to prepare, review, and manage bar lists/bar listings accurately.
- Experience with rebar estimation, quantity take-offs, or material quantity calculations will be an added advantage.
- Solid attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and quality.
- Ability to identify drawing discrepancies and coordinate with project leads to resolve technical issues.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering or a related discipline is preferred.
- Experience working with international projects, particularly USA projects, will be highly valued.
- Willingness to learn, adapt to project requirements, and maintain high standards of quality.
