Role & responsibilities

Key Goals -

1.Understand the customer requirement as per available inputs.

2.As per available inputs make the 3D model & 2D drawing.

3.To review the 3D model & 2D drawing with the HOD of R&D; (Design).

4.To give the part nos. of parts & assembly by using the SAP.

5.To release the Drawing respective department.

6.Make the BOM & TREE CHART.

1. Maintained the RTS & APQP, PPAP documents.

8.As per BOM Check the material availability & process availability in plant. 9.To manufacturing prototype as per available resources.

10.To developed the proto product & part with help of proto shop & tool room.

1. Arrange & follow up the material as per BOM with help of purchase department.

12.Release the drawing for making fixture & tool to PED & TOOL ROOM department. 13.Followup the fixture & tools manufacturing status from tool room & PED department.
1. To check fitment function of proto, if any problem then understands the problem & update the drawing & process.
2.



Review manufacturing process & make corrections based on fitment trial/feedback and produce improved parts.

Key Activities - 1.To check & release the final drawing after reviewing the HOD- of R&D; (Design).

2.Release all the drawing all respective department.

3.Update the part code in SAP.

4.To Report all the status to HOD- R&D; (Design).

5.Check everyday tooling status in tool room department.

6.After completion the part getting from tool room & proto & then assembled.

7.if any problem is coming, then Review design & process.

8.After Review the design & process change the part then reassembled.

9.As per BOM analyze the material availability require for proto manufacturing with right design concept.

1. Make the indent for procurement of raw material & hardware items for the proto development.
