Quantity Surveyor | Interior Fit-Out

Location: Bangalore / Chennai

Experience: 1–4 Years

Employment: Full time

We are looking for a Quantity Surveyor – Interior Fit-Out to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare detailed BOQs and quantity take-offs for interior fit-out projects.

Prepare project estimates, rate analysis and cost plans.

Review drawings, specifications and scope of work.

Prepare and evaluate RFQs and vendor quotations.

Compare quotations and support vendor/subcontractor finalisation.

Prepare RA bills, variation statements and final accounts.

Monitor project costs against BOQ and approved budgets.

Coordinate with architects, project managers, vendors and site teams.

Assist with tendering and procurement activities.

Requirements:

Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering / Architecture / Quantity Surveying.

Experience in corporate interiors / commercial fit-outs preferred.

Good knowledge of Excel, AutoCAD and BOQ preparation.

Knowledge of interior materials, construction methods and market rates.

Strong understanding of measurement, billing and cost control.
