- Lead root cause analysis investigations to identify and resolve quality issues
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop solutions for quality improvement
- Train and mentor team members on quality control processes and procedures
- Monitor and evaluate performance metrics to track progress towards quality goals
- Develop and implement corrective action plans to address quality deviations
- Stay current on industry trends and best practices related to quality management
