Job Responsibilities

- Manage and lead the complete Quality Assurance and Quality Control function.

- Ensure quality standards and processes are effectively implemented across the CNC & VMC shop floor.

- Plan, conduct, and coordinate ISO audits, including internal, customer, and certification audits.

- Ensure compliance with ISO 9001 and applicable quality management systems.

- Handle CMM inspection, measurement systems, dimensional inspection, and quality reports.

- Monitor and improve in-process and final inspection activities.

- Coordinate with Production, Engineering, Purchase, and other departments to resolve quality-related issues.

- Handle customer complaints, rejections, quality issues, and escalations.

- Conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and implement CAPA / corrective and preventive actions.

- Lead and support NPD (New Product Development) activities from development through production.

- Prepare and maintain quality-related MIS, inspection reports, rejection reports, and audit documentation.

- Develop and implement quality control plans,



inspection procedures, and quality standards.

Required Skills:
- Solid knowledge of CNC & VMC manufacturing processes and shop-floor quality control.

- Good knowledge of CMM and dimensional inspection.

- Strong understanding of ISO 9001 and Quality Management Systems.

- Experience in ISO/internal/customer audits.

- Knowledge of NPD and new component development.

- Strong knowledge of RCA, CAPA, 8D, and problem-solving techniques.

- Ability to handle customer quality complaints and technical discussions.

- Strong team leadership and people-management skills.

- Good knowledge of engineering drawings, GD&T;, tolerances, and measuring instruments.

- Strong analytical, communication, and decision-making skills.

Pay: ₹66,000.00 - ₹125,000.00 per month
