Adroit Engineers is seeking a Quality Manager to oversee the quality control processes and procedures within our organization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining quality standards, conducting inspections, and implementing corrective actions to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and customer specifications.
The Quality
Manager will work closely with production teams to identify and resolve quality issues, as well as provide training and guidance to staff on quality control best practices. Robust analytical skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities are essential for this role. A minimum of 5 years experience in a quality management position, as well as a Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field, is required.
