Quality Control Inspector / Quality Engineer

Industry: CNC Machined Components / Engineering

Experience: 1–3 Years preferred

Job Responsibilities

Inspect CNC machined components as per drawings, specifications and customer requirements.

Perform in-process and final inspection of components.

Read and interpret engineering drawings, GD&T; and tolerances.

Use measuring instruments such as Vernier Caliper, Micrometer, Height Gauge, Bore Gauge, Thread Gauge, Plug Gauge etc.

Identify dimensional, visual and machining defects.

Prepare and maintain inspection reports and quality records.

Coordinate with CNC Operators and Production team for quality issues and corrective actions.

Ensure adherence to Quality Control Plan, SOP and inspection standards.

Support rejection analysis, root-cause identification and process improvement.





Qualification: Diploma / BE – Mechanical preferred.

Job Title: CNC Machine Operator

Job Responsibilities

Operate CNC machines for manufacturing precision components.

Load/unload components and ensure proper fixture setting.

Understand and follow engineering drawings, dimensions and tolerances.

Perform basic tool offset and parameter adjustments as required.

Monitor machining process and identify abnormal conditions.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
