- Conduct quality inspections of industrial equipment and machinery using various tools such as gauges, height gauges, micrometers, profile projectors, and vernier calipers.
- Ensure that all measurements taken during inspections are accurate and within specified tolerances.
- Identify defects or anomalies in the manufacturing process and report them to relevant personnel for correction.
- Collaborate with production teams to implement corrective actions to improve product quality.
Job Requirements :
- 2-6 years of experience in a similar role within the industrial equipment/machinery industry.
- Proficiency in operating various types of gauges including mechanical, electronic, and digital models.
- Robust understanding of measurement techniques using instruments like Vernier calipers, Micrometer etc.
