- Standards &
- Frameworks: Establish project-specific QA/QC procedures, Quality Management Systems (QMS), and standard operating procedures (SOPs) from scratch.
- Site Audits &
- Inspections: Lead scheduled internal and third-party audits, mock-ups, and snag inspections to close Non-Conformity Reports (NCRs) at the root cause.
- Material &
- Execution Control: Monitor structural works (RCC), masonry, finishes, waterproofing, and MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) interfaces against approved designs.
- Cross-Functional Coordination: Collaborate with Design, Procurement, Engineering, and Contractor teams to resolve execution snags and review material requests.
- Handover &
- Training: Drive a "first-time-right" customer handover process and build technical skill enhancement programs for site engineers.
