Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹21,000 per month (based on experience and interview)
Job Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented Quality Inspector. You will make sure finished goods meet customer specifications, quality standards and packing requirements before dispatch.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct Pre-Shipment Inspections (PSI) of finished goods.
- Check product quality, measurements, workmanship, labelling, packing and cartons against approved samples and specifications
- Prepare and maintain inspection reports, checklists and defect records
- Identify defects, segregate rejected material and coordinate rework with the production team
- Carry out in-line and final inspections to prevent quality issues before shipment
- Coordinate with buyers, third-party inspectors and internal teams during final audits
- Ensure only approved lots are released for dispatch
- Follow up on corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) for repeated defects
- Maintain quality documentation and records for audits
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Diploma / Graduate in any discipline (technical background preferred)
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Quality Control, especially PSI / final inspection
- Good knowledge of AQL sampling and inspection procedures
- Ability to read specifications, tech packs or drawings
- Basic computer skills (MS Excel, report making)
- Valuable communication and coordination skills
- Attention to detail and ability to work under dispatch deadlines
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹21,000.00 per month
