Decide and execute mechanical and chemical tests (such as tensile, hardness, and fatigue tests) on various materials.
Data Analysis:
Analyse test results and compare data against industry /project specifications.
Failure Analysis:
Investigate broken or degraded materials to find the root cause of defects or failures.
Quality Control:
Inspect raw materials and monitor manufacturing or site processes to maintain stricsafety and quality standards.
Reporting:
Write transparent technical reports and provide material recommendations to design and project teams.
Collaboration:
Work with suppliers and quality teams to approve material submittals and solve sourcing issues.
