Urgent opening Quality Engineer - Manufacturing/Engineering - Bhiwandi, Thane.

Total Experience required: 3 years plus

Salary range: 30000- 40000INR

Key Responsibilities

1. In-Process & Final Inspection:

- Inspect raw materials, components, and finished products at various stages of

manufacturing.
- Perform dimensional, visual, and functional inspections as per drawings,

specifications, and inspection plans.
- Ensure products meet applicable quality standards and customer requirements.

1. Customer / Client Inspection

- Coordinate and conduct product inspections when customers or third-party

inspectors visit the factory.
- Prepare required inspection documents, samples, reports, and test records.

1. Quality Documentation

- Prepare, maintain, and control inspection reports, test reports, checklists, and

other quality records.
- Maintain proper traceability and records of inspection activities.
- Follow Valuable Documentation Practices (GDP) for all quality-related records.

1. Calibration Management

- Coordinate and maintain calibration of measuring and testing equipment as per the

defined calibration schedule and applicable standards.
- Maintain calibration records, verify calibration certificates, and ensure timely

action for equipment due for calibration or found out of calibration.
1. ISO & Customer Documentation





- Prepare and maintain documentation related to ISO & Quality Management Systems.
- Support preparation of customer-specific quality documents, QAP/ITP, dossiers,

and other quality records as required.
- Ensure documents are maintained as per internal procedures and customer

requirements.
1. NCR & Corrective Action

- Assist in investigating customer complaints and Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs).
- Coordinate with concerned departments to identify root causes and implement

corrective and preventive actions.
- Follow up on corrective actions and ensure timely closure of NCRs.

1. General Quality Activities

- Coordinate with Production, Design, Purchase, and other departments on quality-

related issues.
- Support internal audits, customer audits, and continuous improvement activities.
- Ensure compliance with applicable drawings, specifications, standards, and

procedures.

Desired Candidate profile

- Basic knowledge of quality inspection and manufacturing processes.
- Understanding of engineering drawings, dimensions, measuring & testing

instruments.
- Basic knowledge of ISO 9001 and Quality Management Systems.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Attention to detail and willingness to learn.
- Basic knowledge of ERP & MS Office.

Education: Qualification: Diploma/B.E in Electronic Engineering Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per month
