Key Responsibilities:

- Handle customer complaints from receipt to closure within defined timelines.

- Lead containment activities to prevent further customer impact.

- Perform Root Cause Analysis using 8D, 7QC tools

- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to identify root causes and implement CAPA.

- Prepare and submit 8D reports within customer timelines.

- Analyze customer returned parts & initial disposal actions.

- Verify the effectiveness of corrective and preventive actions through Defect simulation tests & Product/Process audits.

- Conduct operator training on quality alerts, defect prevention, revised work instructions, SOP and customer-specific requirements.

- Ensure compliance with Customer Specific Requirements (Submission of MTC, Inspection reports, Performance test reports, Periodic declarations etc.)

- Maintain customer complaint records, quality documentation, and complaint trackers.

- Monitor complaint trends and support continuous quality improvement initiatives.
