About the Company

Stead Quick Engineers LLP is a manufacturer and supplier of Induction Furnaces, Induction Heating Systems, Copper Coils, Furnace Spare Parts, and related industrial equipment. We are looking for an experienced Quality Control Engineer to ensure product quality and compliance with required standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Inspect incoming raw materials, components, and bought-out items.
- Conduct in-process and final inspection of manufactured products.
- Prepare and maintain inspection reports, quality records, and documentation.
- Ensure products are manufactured as per approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
- Identify quality issues, defects, and deviations and coordinate corrective actions.
- Work closely with the Production, Design, Purchase, and Stores teams to resolve quality-related issues.
- Perform dimensional inspection using appropriate measuring instruments.
- Monitor and improve quality control procedures and inspection processes.
- Handle customer complaints and assist in root-cause analysis and corrective/preventive actions.
- Ensure proper documentation of quality checks before dispatch.




- Maintain quality standards for induction furnace equipment, copper coils, panels, fabrication, and mechanical components.

Required Skills
- Diploma/B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering / Electrical Engineering / Production Engineering or related field.
- 3–7 years of experience in Quality Control/Quality Assurance, preferably in industrial machinery, engineering, fabrication, furnace, or electrical equipment manufacturing.
- Good knowledge of engineering drawings, dimensions, tolerances, and inspection methods.
- Experience with measuring instruments such as Vernier Caliper, Micrometer, Height Gauge, etc.
- Knowledge of 5S, 7 QC tools, Root Cause Analysis, CAPA, and quality documentation will be an advantage.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage quality activities on the shop floor.
