Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Quality Analyst with a strong background in both manual and automation testing to ensure the highest quality of our software products. You will be based in our Kolkata office and will play a crucial role in our SDLC.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop,



and execute manual and automated test plans and test cases.

Identify, document, and track bugs/defects through the resolution process.

Collaborate with developers and product managers to understand requirements and ensure quality.

Maintain and enhance the existing automation framework.

Perform regression, functional, and performance testing.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

4-5 years of hands-on experience in software quality assurance.

Proficiency in both manual testing methodologies and automation tools (e.g., Selenium, Appium).

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Experience in working in an Agile/Scrum workplace.
