Role Description The Quality Analyst role is a full-time hybrid position based in the Pune Division, with flexibility for some work-from-home arrangements.

The Quality

Analyst will monitor and evaluate lead generation and outreach processes to ensure adherence to quality standards, compliance requirements, and client-specific guidelines. Daily responsibilities include auditing calls and email campaigns, reviewing data accuracy, identifying process gaps, and recommending improvements to enhance lead quality and conversion potential. The role involves collaborating closely with operations, sales,



and account management teams, preparing quality reports, and presenting findings to stakeholders.

The Quality

Analyst will also contribute to developing and updating quality frameworks, checklists, and best practices to support continuous improvement across campaigns.

Qualifications

- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights.
- Experience in quality control and quality assurance for process-driven environments, preferably in B2B lead generation or sales operations.
- Knowledge of quality management principles, frameworks, and metrics to monitor performance and drive continuous improvement.
- Excellent communication skills, including clear verbal feedback and concise written documentation for reports and process guidelines.
- Proficiency with MS Office (especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint) for data analysis, reporting, and presentations.
- Ability to work collaboratively within cross-functional teams and manage multiple tasks with attention to detail.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, statistics, engineering, or a related field; quality-related certifications are an advantage.
- Familiarity with B2B marketing, sales processes, or CRM tools is beneficial, along with a growth-oriented mindset and commitment to compliance.
