Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai for a Qualified Chartered Accountant with 1–2 years of experience in (CIT). The professional in this role will handle CIT compliance and advisory assignments, including preparation and review of tax computations, returns, and supporting documentation.

Responsibilities include assisting in tax planning, interpreting tax laws and judicial precedents,



and preparing technical notes and opinions for clients. The individual will also collaborate with colleagues across service lines, participate in internal knowledge-building initiatives, and ensure timely, accurate, and high-quality deliverables.

Qualifications

- Skilled qualification as a Chartered Accountant (CA) with 1–2 years of post-qualification experience in Corporate Income Tax.
- Strong technical knowledge of Indian direct tax laws, CIT provisions, and relevant rules and regulations.
- Experience in CIT compliance, including tax return preparation/review, tax audits, and handling assessments or queries from tax authorities.
- Ability to conduct detailed tax research, analyze case laws and circulars, and draft clear technical notes and opinions.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and numerical skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
