About the Role

BNPS & Associates LLP is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Qualified Chartered Accountant with experience in Audit, Assurance, and Taxation. The candidate will be responsible for handling statutory audits, internal audits, tax audits, financial reporting, GST compliance, and client coordination across diversified industries.

This role offers excellent exposure to large corporate assignments, technology-driven audit practices, and a collaborative skilled environment.

Eligibility Criteria

Qualification

- Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA)

Experience
- 1–2 years of relevant post-qualification experience.
- Strong article-ship exposure in:
- Statutory Audit
- Internal Audit
- Tax Audit
- Assurance & Taxation

Key Responsibilities

Audit & Assurance

- Conduct and support:
- Statutory Audits
- Internal Audits
- Tax Audits

- Prepare and review audit documentation, reports, and management letters.
- Evaluate accounting systems, internal controls, and compliance frameworks.
- Assist in audit planning, execution, and closure activities.

Financial Reporting & Compliance

- Prepare and review financial statements in compliance with:
- Accounting Standards
- IND AS
- Applicable financial reporting frameworks

- Support GST compliance, reconciliations, filings, and advisory assignments.
- Ensure timely completion of audit and compliance deliverables.

Client Coordination





- Coordinate with clients for data collection, audit requirements, and issue resolution.
- Maintain professional communication with stakeholders and management teams.
- Support senior management and partners on multiple assignments across industries.

Process Improvement & Technology

- Assist in process improvement and automation initiatives.
- Support implementation of technology-enabled audit practices.
- Work on data analysis and reporting assignments where required.
