Job Title: QAQC Engineer

Location: Vasai, Thane, Maharashtra

Job Responsibilities:

- Conduct receiving, in-process and final inspection of skids.
- Verify individual components such as pumps, flow meters, valves, instruments and pipe-fitting etc.
- Conduct in-process and final inspections of stainless steel fabricated components such as tanks, heat exchangers and other components.
- Verify welding quality, dimensional accuracy, and finishing as per project requirements.
- Review material test certificates and ensure compliance with specifications.
- Supervise NDT methods (DPT and RT) as required.
- Monitor welding procedures (WPS, PQR) and welder qualifications.
- Prepare and maintain inspection reports, quality records, and dossiers.
- Coordinate with clients and third-party inspection agencies for approvals.
- Supervise hydrostatic, pneumatic, and leak testing of tanks.




- Raise NCRs for non-conformities and follow up on corrective actions.
- Support continuous improvement in quality processes and standards.

Requirements:

- Bachelors / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
- 8-10 years of experience in Quality Control, preferably in fabrication of stainless steel tanks, pressure vessels, or process equipment.
- Knowledge of ASME / ISO codes and standards.
- Hands-on experience with NDT methods and measuring instruments.
- Solid documentation and reporting skills.
- Ability to coordinate with production, clients, and inspection agencies.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
