Position Title: Senior Engineer – QA

Experience Required: 8–10 Years

Project Type: High-Rise Residential – MIVAN Construction

Project Scale: G+15 Floors and Above

Location: Bangalore

Role Overview

Creative Square Consultants Pvt. Ltd. is seeking an experienced Senior Engineer – QA with strong exposure to high-rise residential MIVAN projects. The role involves establishing, implementing, and monitoring quality assurance systems at site in a PMC environment. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring compliance with approved drawings, specifications, IS codes, quality benchmarks, and client standards throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

•Implement and monitor the Project Quality Assurance & Quality Control (QA/QC) Plan.

•Ensure compliance with approved drawings, technical specifications, and IS standards.

•Conduct stage-wise inspections for structural works (RCC, shear walls, slabs, core walls).

•Oversee MIVAN / Aluminium Formwork quality checks before and after concreting.

•Review and approve ITPs (Inspection & Test Plans) and Method Statements.

•Monitor cube test reports, material testing, and third-party lab results.

•Ensure quality compliance in finishing works (plastering, tiling, waterproofing, façade).

•Coordinate with Site Engineers, Contractors, Consultants, and Clients for quality approvals.

•Identify non-conformities (NCRs), issue corrective actions, and monitor closures.

•Maintain QA documentation, checklists, and audit records.

•Support internal and external quality audits.





•Participate in client quality review meetings and presentations.

•Ensure proper handover documentation and quality clearance for milestones.

Eligibility Criteria

•BE / B.Tech in Civil Engineering (mandatory).

•8–10 years of experience in QA/QC for high-rise residential projects.

•Mandatory hands-on exposure to MIVAN construction quality control.

•Experience in projects G+15 floors and above preferred.

•Robust knowledge of IS codes, QA procedures, and inspection protocols.

•Experience in structural and finishing quality control.

•Strong documentation and reporting skills.

Preferred Profile

•Prior experience in PMC / Client-side QA role.

•Experience handling independent QA responsibility at site level.

•Knowledge of Bangalore construction practices and standards.

•Exposure to RERA compliance and handover quality documentation.

Reporting Structure

Reports to: Project Manager / QA/QC Manager

Coordinates with: Client Representatives, Contractors, and Cross-functional Site Teams

Selection Note

Only candidates with demonstrated high-rise MIVAN QA experience and strong documentation skills will be considered.
