The QA/QC Manager is responsible for overseeing all quality assurance and quality control activities for High Rise Building Projects (Precast) in Thane. This full-time, on-site role involves developing and implementing quality plans, procedures, and inspection protocols aligned with regulatory requirements, client specifications, and company standards. The QA/QC Manager will conduct regular site inspections, monitor construction processes and materials, supervise testing activities, and ensure timely documentation of quality records and corrective actions.

The role includes coordinating with project managers, site engineers, subcontractors, and client representatives to resolve quality issues, prevent defects, and drive continuous improvement. The QA/QC Manager will also provide guidance and training to site teams on quality standards, safety practices, and compliance requirements, supporting successful project delivery.

Qualifications

Strong expertise in quality assurance and quality control for infrastructure or civil construction projects, including development and implementation of quality plans, procedures, and inspection checklists.

Hands-on experience with material testing, construction techniques, and adherence to relevant Indian standards, codes,



and regulatory requirements (e.g., IRC, IS codes, MoRTH specifications).

Proficiency in documenting and maintaining quality records, preparing QA/QC reports, and managing non-conformance, root cause analysis, and corrective and preventive actions.

Ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary project teams, contractors, and client representatives, with solid communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.

Experience in monitoring site work for compliance with approved drawings, technical specifications, and method statements, including inspection of structures, roads, bridges, and related works.

Familiarity with quality management systems such as ISO 9001 and continuous improvement methodologies in construction environments.

Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, handle multiple site activities, and meet project deadlines.

Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Civil Engineering or a related field; additional certification in quality management or QA/QC will be an advantage.

Prior experience in a QA/QC leadership role within infrastructure or heavy civil
