Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, computer engineering, or related field.
- 2-3 years of experience as a Python developer.
- Can communicate with International clients independently.
- In-depth knowledge of at least one Python backend framework, such as FastAPI, Django, or Flask.
- Solid knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases, including database design, querying, optimization, and data modeling.
- Expertise in AWS services, including Amazon S3, RDS, DynamoDB, Elasticsearch/OpenSearch, EC2, ECS, and other AWS services relevant to application deployment and data engineering.
- Understanding of AI/ML libraries and frameworks and their integration into production Python applications.
- Familiarity with server-side templating languages, including Jinja2 and Mako.
- Familiarity with various testing tools.
- Ability to collaborate on projects and work independently when required.

Good To Have Skills

- Developing and managing data pipelines and ETL workflows using AWS services such as AWS Glue, Lambda, Step Functions, and related data-processing technologies.
- Understanding of GenAI concepts and technologies, including Large Language Models (LLMs), Generative AI applications, prompt engineering,



and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG).
- Knowledge of vector databases/vector search, embeddings, and semantic search for building GenAI-powered applications.
- Knowledge of Pandas, NumPy, and data-processing libraries for data manipulation, analysis, and transformation.

Roles and Responsibilities
- Coordinating with development teams to determine application requirements.
- Writing scalable code using Python programming language.
- Design and develop scalable data pipelines and ETL processes on AWS using Python-based technologies (e.g., AWS Glue, AWS Lambda, AWS Step Functions, and AWS Step Machines).
- Monitor and troubleshoot data pipelines, addressing any issues or bottlenecks that arise on time.
- Testing and debugging applications.
- Developing back-end components.
- Integrating user-facing elements using server-side logic.
- Assessing and prioritising client feature requests.
- Integrating data storage solutions.
- Coordinating with front-end developers.
- Reprogramming existing databases to improve functionality.
- Developing digital tools to monitor online traffic.
