Role Description The Purchasing Executive role is a full-time, on-site position based in Delhi, India. The role involves managing end-to-end purchasing activities, including processing purchase requisitions, preparing and reviewing purchase orders, and coordinating with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials.

The Purchasing

Executive will monitor inventory levels, track procurement status, and maintain accurate records to support smooth operations.





Responsibilities also include negotiating pricing and terms, ensuring compliance with company policies and quality standards, and collaborating with internal teams such as production, finance, and warehousing. The individual will contribute to optimizing purchasing costs and strengthening vendor relationships to support Bhargava Phytolab’s supply chain and business objectives.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong skills in Purchase Management, including handling packaging Material & Raw Material.
- Candidates should possess skills in Procurement, including vendor sourcing, negotiation, and supplier relationship management.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication skills for collaborating with internal teams and external suppliers.
- Relevant experience in purchasing or supply chain within pharmaceutical, healthcare, or manufacturing industries is beneficial.
- Knowledge of inventory management, basic finance concepts, and procurement software or ERP systems is an advantage.
- Diploma or degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Commerce, or a related field is preferred.
- Ability to work accurately with data, maintain documentation, and adhere to compliance and quality standards.
