Role Description This is a full-time, in office Purchasing Executive role based in South Delhi.

The Purchasing

Executive will manage end-to-end purchasing activities, including processing purchase requisitions, preparing and issuing purchase orders, and maintaining accurate records of materials and components. The role involves sourcing vendors, negotiating prices and terms, monitoring inventory levels, and ensuring timely delivery of goods to support ongoing production and project timelines.

The Purchasing

Executive will coordinate closely with design, production, and finance teams to align procurement with project requirements and budget constraints. The role also includes tracking supplier performance, resolving discrepancies,



and continuously improving purchasing processes to support Sketch Lighting’s focus on quality and precision.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess skills in Purchase Orders and Purchase Requisitions, with the ability to handle documentation and approvals efficiently.
- Candidates should possess skills in Purchase Management and Procurement, including vendor sourcing, negotiation, and cost optimization.
- Candidates should possess strong Communication skills to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external suppliers.
- Relevant experience in purchasing or procurement, ideally within design, manufacturing, or lighting-related industries.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple orders and deadlines.
- Proficiency with basic office and inventory management software; experience with ERP or procurement systems is an advantage.

- Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Commerce, or a related field.
- Ability to work on-site in South Delhi and collaborate in a fast-paced, design-focused environment.
