Experience Range - 2 to 4 Years

Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Purchase & Store Executive with 2–4 years of experience in procurement, inventory management, and store operations. The candidate should have hands-on experience in ERP systems and be capable of managing end-to-end material flow, vendor coordination, and stock control.

Key Responsibilities

Procurement

- Handle day-to-day purchasing activities
- Identify and develop new vendors and maintain vendor database
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and delivery schedules with suppliers
- Follow up with vendors for timely delivery of materials

Store & Inventory Management

- Maintain proper records of inward and outward materials
- Monitor stock levels and ensure optimum inventory at all times
- Perform regular stock audits and reconciliation
- Manage warehouse/store operations efficiently

ERP & Documentation

- Update and manage all purchase and inventory data in ERP system
- Generate reports related to stock, consumption, and procurement




- Maintain proper documentation (GRN, invoices, stock)
- Coordinate with accounts for invoice processing and payment follow-ups

Coordination

- Work closely with internal teams (Procurement, QA, Operations)
- Ensure materials are available as per project requirements
- Support timely dispatch and material movement

Required Skills

- Knowledge of Procurement & Store processes
- Hands-on experience with ERP software
- Good understanding of inventory control methods
- Strong negotiation and vendor management skills
- Basic knowledge of GST & documentation
- Valuable communication and coordination skills
- Proficiency in MS Excel

Educational Qualification

- Graduate (B.Com / BBA / Any relevant field)
- Supply Chain certification

Preferred Candidate Profile

- Experience in hardware / electronics / fleet / IT procurement
- Familiar with fast-paced operational environment
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
