Job Summary:

We are looking for technical background for procuring specialized materials, equipment, and services while applying technical knowledge to evaluate specifications, quality, and performance standards. The role involves sourcing and negotiating with suppliers, reviewing technical drawings and documentation, ensuring compliance with engineering and regulatory requirements, and coordinating closely with engineering, maintenance, and production teams. This position ensures cost effective purchasing, timely delivery, accurate documentation, and reliable supplier relationships while supporting operational efficiency and technical project requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

- Strong understanding of procurement of machinery tools, spare parts for textile manufacturing company. • Experience in the capacity of Purchase Manager in technical or industrial textile industry/textile process house. • Purchase Management, Inventory Management, Procurement,



Vendor Management, Store Management meeting operational goals, such as uninterrupted supplies to plant, zero rejection of procured items, on time delivery of supplies, contingency plans etc. • Knowledge of the Company product line, Raw materials and their sources, applicable Laws and Regulations, their compliances, import / export formalities, financial instruments like L/Cs, Logistics, • Responsible for reducing raw material costs through effective negotiations with suppliers. • Developing recent suppliers to achieve lower costs or to improve existing quality. Ensure optimum inventory levels of all the raw materials in the plant. Improving systems for effective monitoring of vendor performance. • Knowledge of ISO 9001/ ISO 14001, OSHAS system requirements, Computer skills excellent communication / negotiation skills.
