Job Title: Purchase Manager

Job Summary: We are looking for an experienced and strategic Purchase Manager to manage procurement activities for residential and commercial real estate projects. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing materials, vendor management, cost negotiation, purchase planning, and ensuring timely availability of materials and services for smooth project execution.

Responsibilities & Tasks :

- Manage end-to-end procurement and purchasing activities for construction projects.
- Source and evaluate vendors, suppliers, and contractors.
- Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and contracts to achieve cost efficiency.
- Ensure timely procurement of construction materials, equipment, and services.
- Coordinate with project, store, and planning teams for material requirements.
- Monitor inventory levels and avoid material shortages or delays.
- Prepare purchase orders, comparative statements, and procurement reports.
- Maintain vendor databases and evaluate supplier performance regularly.
- Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and procedures.
- Track market trends, pricing, and availability of construction materials. Requirements (Must-Have)




- Bachelors Degree in Supply Chain, Commerce, Engineering, or related field.
- 6–10 years of experience in procurement/purchase within the real estate or construction industry.
- Robust knowledge of construction materials and vendor management. • Excellent negotiation and cost management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office, ERP systems, and procurement software.
- Good analytical and coordination abilities. Preferred Skills & Qualifications
- Experience in residential and commercial real estate projects.
- Strong network of vendors and suppliers.
- Knowledge of contract management and procurement planning.
- Ability to manage multiple project procurement requirements efficiently.
