? Location: Ahmedabad, Gujarat

? Experience: 6–15 Years

? Salary: ₹50,000–₹80,000 per month (as per experience)

We are looking for an experienced Purchase Manager to manage procurement activities, vendor relationships, negotiations, and inventory planning.

? Key Responsibilities:

• Identify, evaluate, and develop reliable vendors and suppliers.

• Maintain and update the Approved Vendor List.

• Negotiate pricing, payment terms, delivery schedules, and commercial terms.

• Maintain strong professional relationships with existing vendors.

• Monitor vendor performance based on quality, price, service, and delivery timelines.

• Identify alternate vendors for critical materials to ensure uninterrupted supply.

• Handle vendor complaints, discrepancies,



and commercial issues.

• Coordinate with Stores/Warehouse and Operations teams for material requirements.

• Monitor stock levels, consumption, and reorder requirements.

• Ensure timely procurement while avoiding stock-outs and excess inventory.

• Follow up on material shortages, damaged/incorrect supplies, and pending deliveries.

• Support inventory planning across all stores/locations.
