JD — key responsibilities
- Material planning and procurement coordination
- Ensure timely availability of raw materials and packaging materials
- Coordinate with Purchase, Production, Stores, Quality and Logistics
- Monitor inventory levels and material requirements
- Vendor follow-up for POs and deliveries
- Prepare/monitor MRP and material shortage reports
- Ensure timely movement of materials for production
- Maintain SCM MIS and inventory reports
- Work on ERP/SAP and MS Excel
- Resolve supply-chain/material availability issues
- Packaging/manufacturing industry experience preferred, especially Plastic Packaging / Caps & Closures.
