Role & Responsibilities

- Assist the Purchase team in daily procurement activities.

- Send purchase enquiries/RFQs and collect supplier quotations.

- Compare quotations based on price, quality and delivery timelines.

- Coordinate with vendors for material availability and timely delivery.

- Assist in preparing Purchase Orders (POs) and maintaining purchase records.

- Follow up with suppliers regarding pending orders and deliveries.

- Coordinate with Stores, Production, Quality, Maintenance and Accounts teams.

- Maintain purchase data, reports and documentation in MS Excel/ERP.

- Assist in identifying and developing recent suppliers.

- Support the Purchase Manager in procurement and cost-comparison activities.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- Qualification: B.Com / B.Sc / Diploma / BE or relevant graduation.

- Experience:



Fresher / 01 year in Purchase, Procurement, Supply Chain or Manufacturing.

- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and computer applications.

- Good communication, negotiation and vendor follow-up skills.

- Good numerical, analytical and documentation skills.

- Candidates with knowledge of ERP/SAP/Tally, Purchase Orders, Inventory or Stores will be preferred.

- Knowledge of VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Table and basic Excel formulas is an added advantage.

- Willingness to learn and build a career in Purchase & Procurement.

- Candidates should be comfortable working from Satara MIDC and available for the NATS 1-year contract.
