We are looking for an experienced Purchase Executive to manage purchasing activities and ensure the timely procurement of materials and supplies.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and coordinate with suppliers and vendors.
- Request quotations and compare prices.
- Negotiate with vendors for better pricing and terms.
- Prepare purchase orders and maintain purchase records.
- Track orders and ensure timely delivery.
- Coordinate with internal teams regarding material requirements.
- Maintain good relationships with suppliers.
Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience in purchase/procurement.
- Valuable communication and negotiation skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and purchase documentation.
- Ability to coordinate with vendors and internal teams.
- Any relevant degree or qualification.
