Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Sr. Executive – Purchase (Raw Material / Packaging Material) to handle procurement activities and vendor management. Candidate should have experience in cosmetics or OTC industry.

Key Responsibilities

- Procurement of Raw Materials (RM)



and Packaging Materials (PM)
- Vendor development and price negotiation
- Preparing and issuing Purchase Orders
- Follow-up for timely material delivery
- Coordination with Production and QA team
- Maintaining purchase records and MIS reports
- Cost comparison and rate finalization
- Inventory planning and stock monitoring

Skills Required

- Positive negotiation and communication skills
- Knowledge of RM/PM used in cosmetics industry
- ERP knowledge (Tally / SAP / Busy etc.)
- Strong coordination and follow-up skills
