PURCHASE EXECUTIVE

Roles and Responsibility

- Conducting product research and sourcing new suppliers and vendors.
- Helping out Sourcing goods, products, services and negotiating the best or most cost-effective contracts and deals.
- Material Delivery, Update Tracking and Follow up etc.
- Making the comparative statement for the Product consumption by month.
- Ensure the quality, quantity and competitive cost of material purchase at site.
- Creating different reports as required by the Procurement Head.
- Performing inventory inspections and making reports of products which were not Moving (Slow Mover).
- Conducting market research to keep abreast of emerging trends, business opportunities and new scope of product entering the market.
- Inspecting stock and reporting any dead inventory items or inconsistencies immediately.




- Maintaining records of all Purchase orders, reporting and ensuring the product availability.
- Do continuous Negotiation with Vendor for better cost of goods when necessary.
- Additional responsibility assigned by Procurement Head toward sourcing reporting and maintaining.

Essential Area of Expertise:

- Procurement, MS Office, Sourcing, MIS, Sourcing pharmaceuticals
- Forecasting, Good Analytical skills
- Procurement ,Negotiation, planning and valuable skills of the data analysis.

Salary: 2.5 Lac P.A., Industry: Health Care / Pharmaceuticals / Medical Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
