Roles and Responsibilities :
- Manage the procurement process from planning to delivery, ensuring timely and cost-effective sourcing of materials and services.
- Develop and maintain relationships with vendors to negotiate prices, improve quality, and increase supply chain efficiency.
- Conduct market research to identify potential suppliers, evaluate their capabilities, and select the most suitable ones for specific requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate purchasing decisions into overall business objectives.
Job Requirements :
- 2-7 years of experience in buying or procurement role in an engineering & construction industry.
- Robust understanding of vendor development principles and practices.
- Excellent negotiation skills with ability to build strong relationships with vendors.
- Proficiency in managing multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines.
