About the Role

We are looking for a Junior Purchase Executive with 2–4 years of experience in EMS / Electronics Manufacturing to support the procurement and material planning activities of our manufacturing unit.

The candidate will be responsible for vendor coordination, purchase activities, material availability, documentation, and timely procurement of electronic and production-related materials.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle day-to-day purchase activities for production and manufacturing requirements.
- Coordinate with vendors for quotations, pricing, availability, and delivery schedules.
- Prepare and process purchase orders as per approved requirements.
- Follow up with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials.
- Coordinate with Stores, Production, PPC, Quality, and Accounts for material requirements.
- Monitor purchase orders and maintain proper procurement records.
- Compare quotations and support commercial negotiations with vendors.
- Develop and maintain relationships with existing suppliers.
- Assist in identifying and evaluating new vendors.
- Track pending orders, material shortages, and delivery delays.
- Ensure required materials are available as per production schedules.




- Maintain purchase-related documents, records, and MIS reports.
- Support cost reduction and timely procurement initiatives.
- Resolve routine vendor and material-related issues in coordination with internal teams.

Required Skills & Experience

- 2–4 years of experience in Purchase / Procurement.
- Prior experience in EMS / Electronics Manufacturing is preferred.
- Good understanding of purchase processes and vendor management.
- Experience in handling purchase orders, quotations, and supplier follow-ups.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and basic MIS reporting.
- Experience coordinating with Stores, Production, PPC, and Accounts.
- Valuable communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong follow-up and coordination abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple purchase requirements and priorities.
- ERP/SAP knowledge will be an advantage.

Preferred Candidate:

Candidates who have worked in EMS, PCB assembly, electronic components, electrical/electronic manufacturing, or similar manufacturing environments will be preferred.

The ideal candidate should be proactive, organised, detail-oriented, and capable of ensuring timely procurement of materials at the right cost and quality.
