Role Description The Public Relations Specialist will manage day-to-day PR activities to build and protect clients’ brand reputation, working closely with internal teams and external stakeholders. This contract role includes drafting and distributing press releases, developing PR plans, coordinating media outreach, and supporting strategic communication initiatives. The Specialist will monitor media coverage, maintain media lists, prepare briefing materials, and assist with event-related PR.

The position is hybrid, based in Mumbai,



with a mix of on-site collaboration and some work-from-home flexibility to support client needs and campaign timelines.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Public Relations and Media Relations skills, including the ability to build and maintain relationships with journalists and influencers.
- Candidates should possess expertise in Press Releases and Strategic Communications, including drafting, positioning, and distributing content aligned with brand objectives.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to tailor messaging for different audiences and channels.
- Candidates should possess solid organizational and time-management abilities, with experience handling multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Relevant experience in agency or in-house PR, preferably within advertising, marketing, or related industries.
- Familiarity with social media, digital PR tools, and media monitoring platforms is beneficial.
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, Journalism, or a related field is preferred.
