Roles & Responsibilities:

Assist in sourcing and procurement of materials, equipment, and services required for projects.

Support the team in preparing detailed cost estimates and budgets for projects.

Analyze vendor quotations and assist in vendor evaluation and selection.

Maintain procurement documentation and ensure compliance with company policies.

Collaborate with engineering and project teams to understand material and resource requirements.

Participate in cost control activities and identify potential cost-saving opportunities.

Assist in maintaining the vendor database and tracking purchase orders.

Support preparation of reports and presentations related to procurement and costing.

Learn and apply best practices in procurement and estimation to improve operational efficiency.
