Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Protection & Control Design Engineer role based in Hyderabad. The engineer will be responsible for designing and reviewing protection and control schemes for electrical power systems, including preparation of single line diagrams, control schematics, wiring diagrams, and related documentation. Daily tasks include performing calculations and studies for protection coordination, selecting and configuring relays and control equipment,



and ensuring compliance with relevant standards and client specifications.

Required & Mandatory Skills:

 Hands-on experience with NG works in the UK.

 In-depth knowledge of NG standards.  Expertise in the preparation of Construction Documents (CD), General Arrangement (GA), and Wiring Diagrams (WD) for NG works.

 Strong proficiency in E-3 Zuken Software and AutoCAD is mandatory.

 Skilled in the preparation and review of electrical schematics and cable schedules, ensuring accuracy and alignment with overall system design.

 Proficient in developing Single Line Diagrams (SLDs) and substation layout drawings, supporting efficient project execution and coordination across disciplines.

Tools

 Perform and analysis using software tools (e.g., Zuken E3, E-TAP, AutoCAD).

Qualifications:

 Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field (Master’s preferred).

 3-4 years of experience in electrical engineering (specific experience based on company needs).

 Solid analytical and problem-solving skills.

 Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

 Knowledge of industry standards and regulations (e.g., IEC, IEEE & NG)
