Role Overview

We are looking for a Property Onboarding Executive to identify and onboard residential and commercial properties for sale or rent.

The role involves communicating with property owners, collecting property details, verifying basic information, coordinating property visits, and sharing complete property information with the internal team.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify properties available for sale or rent in Bengaluru.
- Contact property owners and understand their requirements.
- Collect property details such as location, size, price, property type, and availability.
- Coordinate with owners for property visits and information collection.
- Take or arrange transparent property photos and videos when required.
- Maintain accurate property information in company records or CRM.




- Coordinate with the internal sales and marketing teams for property listing.
- Follow up with property owners regarding availability and updates.
- Assist in preparing properties for marketing and client sharing.
- Maintain valuable relationships with property owners.
- Support the team with property-related coordination and field activities when required.

Requirements
- Any Degree.
- 0.6 – 3 years of experience.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good follow-up and coordination skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office, CRM, or similar tools.
- Ability to communicate professionally with property owners.
- Willingness to work in an in-person environment.
- Real estate experience is an advantage but not mandatory.
