· Conduct demographic and geographic studies to identify high-potential supermarket locations.

· Monitor competitor activity and emerging retail hubs.

- Property Acquisition & Negotiation

· Lead negotiations with property owners, developers, and brokers.

· Secure properties at favourable terms aligned with budget and strategy.

- Financial & Strategic Analysis

· Prepare feasibility studies, ROI projections, and risk assessments.

· Ensure acquisitions meet profitability and payback period targets.

- Stakeholder & Regulatory Management

· Liaise with local authorities for permits, zoning, and compliance.

· Collaborate with legal and finance teams for due diligence.

- Relationship Building





· Develop and maintain networks with landlords, developers, and municipal bodies.

· Represent the company in property-related forums and industry events.

- Reporting & Performance Tracking

· Provide regular updates to senior management on acquisition pipeline.

· Track progress against expansion targets and timelines.

Pay: ₹1,200,000.00 - ₹1,600,000.00 per year
