Role Description The Property Advisor is a full-time, in office role based in Bengaluru South, responsible for guiding clients through residential and investment property decisions. Day-to-day activities include meeting prospective clients, understanding their requirements, explaining project details, and presenting suitable property options. The role involves conducting property visits, coordinating with developers and internal teams, and ensuring that all recommended projects are legally compliant and aligned with clients’ financial and lifestyle goals.





The Property

Advisor will manage client follow-ups, maintain accurate records of interactions, support negotiations, and assist clients through the booking and documentation process. The position requires proactive market research, building long-term client relationships, and contributing to the company’s reputation for transparent, high-quality advisory services.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively engage with clients and build trust.

- Candidates should possess Property Management and Investments skills to understand projects, evaluate appreciation potential, and advise on portfolio decisions.

- Candidates should possess Finance-related skills to interpret pricing, payment plans, and basic investment returns for clients.

- Candidates should ideally have sales or real estate advisory experience, with knowledge of the local Bengaluru South property market.

- Candidates should demonstrate proficiency in basic computer tools and CRM systems, along with strong organizational and follow-up abilities.

- A bachelor’s degree in Business, Commerce, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred; multilingual capabilities in English and local languages are an advantage.
