Senior Project Supervisor / Site SupervisorAbout the Role

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented senior project supervisor/site supervisor to oversee the execution, coordination, and quality control of high-end residential and commercial interior fit-out projects .

The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in site execution, contractor/vendor management, BOQ compliance, quality inspection, and coordination of civil, MEP, carpentry, flooring, ceiling, and finishing works.

This role requires someone with a strong eye for detail, practical site knowledge, and the ability to independently manage day-to-day site activities while maintaining quality, timelines, and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

1. Civil, Masonry & Surface Readiness

- Verify wall dimensions, room sizes, levels, plumbness, and 90° corner alignments against approved drawings.
- Inspect walls and surfaces for straightness, smoothness, dampness, seepage, and plaster quality.
- Coordinate core drilling for AC drain lines, kitchen chimney exhausts, plumbing lines, and other services as per approved drawings.
- Ensure site conditions are ready before subsequent interior activities commence.

2. Electrical & MEP Execution

- Supervise wall chasing, conduit installation, wire pulling, and junction box installation.
- Verify wire gauge, brands, circuit segregation, and installation as per BOQ specifications.
- Check exact positioning and heights of switches, sockets, light points, AC points, and other electrical provisions.
- Verify earthing, DB dressing, circuit identification, and electrical safety requirements.
- Coordinate electrical and mechanical services with architectural and interior drawings.

3. Plumbing & Waterproofing

- Inspect plumbing installations and witness pressure/hydro-testing of water supply lines.
- Verify floor slopes toward drain points in bathrooms, balconies, utility areas, and other wet areas.
- Supervise waterproofing surface preparation and multi-coat application.
- Ensure ponding/water-retention tests are completed and approved before tile installation.
- Record and report leakage or waterproofing-related defects.

4. Carpentry, Joinery & Hardware

- Inspect incoming materials including plywood, MDF, HDMR, veneers, laminates, and other materials against approved BOQ specifications.
- Check carcass alignment,



squareness, leveling, rigidity, and workmanship.
- Inspect wardrobes, modular kitchens, wall paneling, furniture, and other joinery works.
- Verify edge-banding quality and finishing.
- Test hardware such as soft-close hinges, drawer channels, tandem boxes, locks, handles, and other fittings for smooth operation.

5. Tiling, Stone & Flooring

- Inspect tiles and natural stone for shade variation, batch consistency, dimensions, and surface defects.
- Monitor tile and stone installation for correct levels, slopes, joint spacing, pattern alignment, and skirting details.
- Conduct hollow-sound tap tests to identify voids or inadequate adhesive coverage.
- Ensure proper workmanship and finishing before handover of flooring areas.

6. False Ceiling & Drywall

- Inspect GI framework, perimeter channels, hangers, supports, spacing, levels, and structural stability.
- Verify accurate locations and dimensions of lighting cutouts, COB lights, magnetic tracks, AC diffusers, grilles, and other services.
- Inspect jointing tape, joint compound, edge beads, sanding, and finishing.
- Ensure proper coordination between ceiling, electrical, HVAC, and other MEP services.

7. Paint, Polish & Surface Finishes

- Inspect wall preparation, putty application, sanding, and surface smoothness before primer and paint.
- Verify paint brand, shade code, finish type, and specified number of coats.
- Inspect laminate installation for proper bonding and absence of bubbles or surface defects.
- Check veneer and wooden finishes including PU, melamine, lacquer, and other specified finishes for uniformity and quality.

8. Site Management & Project Coordination

- Monitor daily site progress against the project schedule and BOQ.
- Coordinate contractors, vendors, carpenters, electricians, plumbers, painters, and other site teams.
- Maintain daily site reports, progress trackers, inspection records, and snag lists.
- Identify and report quality issues, deviations,



and non-conformances.
- Conduct joint measurements with contractors and verify quantities for running bills.
- Coordinate with project managers, designers, consultants, and clients as required.
- Ensure proper site housekeeping and material storage.
- Enforce PPE, safety procedures, and site safety standards.

Required Qualifications & Experience
- 3–7 years of relevant experience in interior fit-outs, residential renovations, commercial interiors, or construction site execution.
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, Architecture, Construction Management , or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of interior execution and working drawings.
- Good understanding of BOQs, specifications, material grades, and quality standards .
- Practical knowledge of civil, electrical, plumbing, waterproofing, carpentry, flooring, ceiling, and finishing works.
- Experience handling contractors, subcontractors, and vendors independently.
- Ability to read and interpret architectural, MEP, electrical, plumbing, and carpentry drawings.
- Familiarity with site inspection tools such as laser measures, spirit levels, moisture meters, and pressure-testing equipment .
