Role Description The Project Specialist role is a full-time, on-site position based in Jaipur. This role involves coordinating project activities, tracking timelines, and supporting resource allocation to ensure smooth delivery across consulting and staffing engagements.

The Project

Specialist will communicate with clients and internal teams, gather requirements, prepare status reports, and address day-to-day issues impacting project progress.

Responsibilities also include maintaining documentation, supporting basic sales and customer service activities related to project opportunities,



and contributing to process improvements. The role requires close collaboration with stakeholders to align project outcomes with client expectations and organizational goals.

Qualifications

- Robust Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Demonstrated Analytical Skills for interpreting project data, identifying risks, and supporting informed decision-making.
- Proficiency in Project Management, including planning, coordination, tracking deliverables, and managing timelines.
- Foundational Sales skills to support project-related opportunities, proposals, and client follow-ups.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, IT, engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Ability to work on-site in Jaipur and collaborate in cross-functional teams.
- Comfort with productivity and collaboration tools (e.g., MS Office, project management software).
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a consulting and staffing environment.
