Position: Project Production Engineer (Machine Manufacturing)
Location: Changodar Ahmedabad
Employment Type: Full time (On-site)
Preference will be given to candidates from Gujarat.
Qualifications: Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical or Production Engineering.
Key Responsibilities :
- 2–6 years of experience in machine manufacturing/project coordination.
- Coordinate production and assembly of project-based machines as per drawings, BOMs, specifications, and schedules.
- Coordinate with Design, Production, Purchase, Stores, Quality, Electrical, and Service teams.
- Track machine components, materials,
fabrication, machining, assembly, testing, and dispatch.
- Monitor project-wise production progress and ensure timely completion.
- Follow up on material shortages, outsourced work, technical issues, and production delays.
- Ensure the latest drawings and engineering revisions are communicated to production.
- Coordinate inspections, machine trials, FAT, punch-point closure, and final dispatch.
- Prepare daily/weekly machine production and project status reports.
- Maintain project documents, BOMs, drawings, inspection records, and dispatch details.
- Escalate delays and critical issues to the Project/Production Manager.
- Good working knowledge of MS Excel and ERP/MRP systems.
