Job Summary

XFactr .AI is looking for a detail-oriented Project Planner to support planning, scheduling, and coordination of large-scale engineering and digital transformation projects. The role involves working closely with project managers, technical teams, and stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope.

Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain project schedules, timelines, and resource plans.

- Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to schedules and milestones.

- Coordinate with project managers, engineering teams, and stakeholders to track deliverables.

- Identify potential risks or delays and support mitigation planning.

- Prepare and maintain project documentation, reports, and dashboards.

- Track project performance metrics and ensure compliance with project goals.

- Support budget tracking and resource allocation across multiple projects.

- Participate in project planning meetings and status reviews.

Required Skills Qualifications

- Project Planning Experience: 5+ years of experience in project planning or project coordination roles.

- Scheduling Tools:



Solid experience with project scheduling tools such as MS Project, Primavera, or similar tools.

- Planning Methodologies: Excellent understanding of project lifecycle and planning methodologies.

- Analytical Organizational Skills: Strong analytical and organizational skills.

- Multi-Project Management: Ability to manage multiple projects and timelines simultaneously.

- Communication: Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Additional Advantage

- Experience working with engineering or industrial automation projects.

- Knowledge of Agile or hybrid project management methodologies.

- Familiarity with data reporting tools or project dashboards.
