WE’RE HIRING – PROJECT & OPERATIONS COORDINATOR

We are looking for a highly organised and proactive Project & Operations Coordinator to help us manage our day-to-day project execution and internal team coordination.

This role is perfect for a fresher or candidate with 0–2 years of experience who enjoys organising work, coordinating with people, and making sure things get done on time.

What You’ll Do:

- Track daily tasks, projects, and deadlines
- Follow up with team members and ensure timely execution
- Coordinate between creative, content, social media, development, and production teams
- Identify delays, workload issues, and execution gaps
- Maintain daily/weekly project trackers and reports
- Track action points from internal meetings
- Ensure team members follow project briefs and guidelines
- Support basic HR activities such as attendance, leave, onboarding, and internal coordination




- Work closely with the Founder and team leads to improve overall workflow

What We’re Looking For:

- Excellent communication and follow-up skills
- Highly organised and detail-oriented
- Good time-management and coordination skills
- Proactive attitude and robust sense of ownership
- Comfortable working with multiple teams
- Basic knowledge of Excel / Google Sheets
- Willingness to learn and grow
