Key Responsibilities

- Lead the end-to-end execution of multiple projects, from production planning to site completion and handover.
- Coordinate daily with the Factory Head, Production Team, and Site Supervisors to ensure smooth project execution.
- Plan, monitor, and control project schedules, production timelines, and site progress.
- Ensure the timely availability of materials, manpower, equipment, and other project resources.
- Conduct regular production and site review meetings to monitor progress, identify issues, and implement timely solutions.
- Coordinate with Design, Procurement, Production, Logistics, and Site Teams for seamless project execution.
- Monitor project milestones and ensure work is completed according to approved schedules and specifications.
- Identify potential project risks, delays, and operational issues, and take appropriate corrective actions.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards, quality requirements, and company procedures.
- Manage and resolve coordination issues between departments and project teams.
- Prepare and maintain project progress reports, schedules, and other required documentation.
- Provide regular project status updates and escalate critical issues to management when required.
- Ensure successful project completion and timely site handover.

Educational Qualification
- MBA / Postgraduate qualification preferred.

Experience




- Minimum 7 years of experience in project management, project execution, project leadership, or team leadership.
- Experience in interior execution, furniture manufacturing, production, or related industries will be an added advantage.

Accommodation will be provided for candidates relocating from outside Kodungallur.
