The RAN Expert oversees the entire lifecycle of network elements, from creating the RF database to the Commercial Radiation. This encompasses various tasks, including RF integration activities, baseline implementation, configuration of external parameters, identification and rectification of alarms, assistance with SCFT execution, and ensuring successful KPI acceptance for 2G/4G network deployments.
The RAN SME reports to the Project Head and works closely with SNOC, TXN SMEs, and Field Implementation Teams to ensure timely rollout, effective alarm rectification, and KPI compliance.
