nYour Role:

nAs an Project Manager at Tattva Wellness, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing spa, wellness & hospitality projects from initiation to final handover, ensuring timely delivery within approved budgets, quality standards, timelines, and operational requirements.

nKey Responsibilities:

- Own hospitality projects end-to-end, from planning, design coordination, and execution to snagging and final handover.
n
- Prepare and track project schedules, milestones, budgets, BOQs, CAPEX, procurement, and deliverables.
n
- Coordinate with architects, designers, consultants, contractors, vendors, and internal teams.
n
- Monitor on-site execution to ensure work meets approved drawings, specifications, quality, safety, and timelines.
n
- Manage procurement and ensure timely availability of materials and FF&E.;
n
- Identify project risks, cost variations, and execution challenges; drive practical solutions and mitigation plans.
n
- Identify cost-saving and value-engineering opportunities without compromising quality.
n
- Maintain project MIS covering progress, budgets, risks, procurement,



and key decisions.
n
- Ensure properties are guest-ready and operationally ready before launch, including documentation, warranties, certifications, and final handover.
n
- Strong in project planning, cost management, vendor coordination, negotiation, stakeholder management, problem-solving, and managing multiple projects.
n
- This position includes tasks supporting Owner and Guest Management, as determined by organizational needs.
